The portal is hosted by a third-party software, so you will be redirected when you click the button.

To Register for the First Time

• Click on the "Create Homeowner Login" button below
• Select “Create login”
• Within the next screen, you must enter your 9-digit portal account number along with your email address.

In the event you have not provided your email address or are unsure of your 9-digit portal account number, please contact Management at (702) 990-9707 or email info@lasvegashoa.com to add it to your profile.

• You will receive an email from Caliber Software, click on the link within the email to validate the account and complete the registration.

Homeowners with more than one property in the community can use the same email address and password, but must use different usernames.

Payment Information

1. ONLINE PORTAL
On the landing page of the portal account, you will see your primary account with the outstanding balance.
Once you click MAKE PAYMENT, you will be given two (2) payment options;
Card: Credit / Debit
Electronic check (ACH)
E-check payments will incur a $ 2.95 surcharge, and credit/debit card payments will incur a 3.95% fee.
There is no charge for recurring/automatic ACH payments.

2. CHECK
Send a check with the property address and/or account number to the address below.

3. BILL PAY SERVICE FROM YOUR BANK
Pay by e-check through your own bank.

NOTE: Payments made through check and bill pay option can take 5 to 7 business days to process, so please allow yourself enough time to avoid late fees. Any payment made on the portal is posted immediately.
